For the vegetarian dishes we use Seitan, Tempeh and Tofu from biological cultivation. Our wine list is arranged by a Sommelier suitably to the Thai kitchen. Many of our wines come from small vineyards in Germany and France. We offer also wines from biological cultivation. To a good meal belongs a well kept ambiance, therefore we pay attention all ranges to cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
